SERVICE TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

I hereby waive and release for myself and my heirs, any and all rights or claims I may have against TRACEY CASEY-ARNOLD, LLC., THE SUPER HERO UNIVERSITY, its coaches, mentors, associates, staff, professionals, educators, networking partners and companies, physicians or representatives, entities, or any venue associated with any TRACEY CASEY-ARNOLD, LLC, THE SUPER HERO UNIVERSITY Program, or SUPER HERO 4 LIFE - SUPER HERO 4 CHRIST Programs, Event and Online Trainings.

I hereby give my permission to TRACEY CASEY-ARNOLD, LLC., THE SUPER HERO UNIVERSITY, SUPER HERO 4 LIFE - SUPER HERO 4 CHRIST or any of its its coaches, mentors, associates, staff, professionals, educators, networking partners and companies, representatives or entities to offer advice, consulting, mentorship, training, spiritual guidance, life, relationship, marriage, or business coaching based at my request. I waive any claims for loss, damages, or expenses due to injury, physical or emotional, or any liability resulting from my “at will” participation in any events, workshops, live shows, trainings, online trainings or events, one on one and group coaching or functions.

I also hereby release TRACEY CASEY-ARNOLD, LLC., THE SUPER HERO UNIVERSITY, SUPER HERO 4 LIFE - SUPER HERO 4 CHRIST and its coaches, mentors, associates, staff, professionals, educators, networking partners and companies, physicians or representatives, and entities from any liability resulting from any failure in such requested advice and education. I understand that such advice or coaching given is at my request and benefits of such advice are based primarily on my participation, action, application and follow through.

In addition, I acknowledge that TRACEY CASEY-ARNOLD, LLC., THE SUPER HERO UNIVERSITY, SUPER HERO 4 LIFE - SUPER HERO 4 CHRIST or any of it’s its coaches, mentors, associates, staff, professionals, educators, networking partners and companies, physicians or representatives, entities have in no way promised any guarantees of results or outcomes from such coaching, training, workshops or events.
